In summer, the flora and fauna Aranese represents by themselves a resource of great richness and diversity. The vegetation of the valley is adapted to its Atlantic climate generating different landscapes than the rest of the Catalan Pyrenees. As for the fauna, the special characteristics of the valley favors the existence of interesting species such as eagles, kites, partridges, quail and grouses.
