Our buffet offers you a wide and varied selection of dishes created using ingredients fresh from the market.  We offer dishes reflecting the cuisine of the local Aran area and its surrounds and of course we must not forget the delicious surprises of the high mountain French cuisine.

Eating a full breakfast is, without doubt, one of the main recommendations made by sports men and women and health professionals who agree that it is essential before starting any mountain activity. Each morning we take care to ensure that our buffet satisfies the wide range of tastes that are awoken in all of us when we smell our first coffee of the day. We also offer an excellent area for diet foods, a regional corner and special dishes for vegetarians.

The show cooking will allow them to request food which is to their liking, both at lunchtime and at dinner.
